Shipping, Defects, and Returns

Shipping

  • All products on our website are manufactured in and ship from the US!
  • We typically have a processing time of 1-2 business days and ship via UPS or USPS.
  • Once the item(s) are in transit, delivery usually takes 3-5 days, but that time frame can vary slightly during peak operating times.
  • You will ALWAYS receive tracking info on your purchase so you know when to expect your awesomeness.

Returns

We are fortunate to have very few returns, but we like to let customers know on every product page what our Return Policy is so you don’t have to go digging for it. Damaged or Defective Products We guarantee the quality of our products against defects in material or craftsmanship. If your products arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days so we can issue a refund or replacement. Any returned products will be inspected before we can issue a refund. We typically complete inspections and issue refunds within a few business days of the product arriving in our warehouses. Note that your bank may not process that refund from us for up to 10 business days. Unfortunately, that part is outside of our control, but if you are concerned, reach out and we’ll see if we can help. We’re all about taking care of our customers. We love to provide FREE shipping for our customers when they make purchases, and that goes for the return of any damaged or defective products you buy from us! General Product Returns We do allow General Returns for products that are not damaged or defective, but products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers have 30 days from the date their product is delivered to initiate General Returns and will be responsible to pay any return shipping. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for products that have already been used. That being said, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so we can find a solution. We don’t mind going outside of our stated policies at times when it means taking care of our customers.
